artpope007
I've been REALLY REALLY patient guys. 3 Transactions from a Trezor sent at the same time to 3 different wallets in my @gatehub account and ALL 3 ARE "STUCK". Transactions were sent at approx 6am, noticed the problem at 8am, waited until 10am to send the support ticket. As an active trader, I've monitoring the situation closely since 4pm and still no coin. It's 10pm, do you know where my bitcoin is?? The first time this happened, @gregor referred to this as a "rare edge case". This rare edge case is becoming more and more common, however. I would guess that 1 out of 3 of my bitcoin deposits gets caught in one of these "edges". What is going on with Gatehub 5th, and why is the service so funky?? It's literally the "luck of the hash" and the reason why I've divided my trade-able assets at Gatehub in 4. I thought it a viable strategy to hedge against these occurrences. This is really starting to sour my experience with you guys. I've been nothing but a cheerleader up to now, after all I'm up 10,000% over the last 5 months largely thanks to the service and people behind the Gatehub project. But fellas, this is really starting to sour my experience with you guys. Whatever's going on at Gatehub 5 ought to improve. If you can't make it any faster, please at least make it more sure. What's worse is that even when I send a support ticket, I no longer get access to the ticket from the automatic email. The links to the support tickets no longer appear. I cannot respond from the support page upon login as, again, there is no access to the support tickets (from the SUPPORT page (?)....roll that around your head for a moment). @enej @gregor if you all are reading this, this is from a guy who before May was making $65/month. I started my cryptocurrency journey at Gatehub with 0.06 BTC (about 1500 XRP at the time--you can check my transaction history). My current holdings hover around 2.2 BTC with a trade-able .9 of it waiting at the gates (pun intended). Can you please, please shake out my coin? There's more to get, but until it is posted to my account--I can't trade for it.
artpope007
Update....ok Ladies and Gents The "missing" bitcoin has been credited to the account and I am ready to trade. Thanks fellas--this is a great relief. The guys are pros--glitches and all, however your funds are safe. As long as you have the transaction hash, the address, and the amount info handy; take reasonable measures of safety regarding secret keys and the use of 2 factor authentication using Gatehub for storage is a great option. The trading experience is incomparable. I just wish the deposit and withdrawal processes could be more smooth.
