I was using Exodus as a "wallet" temporarily until I received my Ledger Nano S. I shape shifted a total of 5 transactions into XRP on Exodus Eden over the past 2 days. This afternoon I clicked refresh and everything vanished. I know Exodus Eden is known to be a little sketchy still, but it has taken me quite a while to figure out how to even purchase XRP, so when I found Eden, I went with it.
So my question is, I checked https://bithomp.com/explorer/ and all of my funds are showing and accurate, but just not live on Exodus Eden, and Exodus Eden says it is a Ripple server issue for Ripple to correct, so can I take my Ripple private key from my Exodus Eden wallet and import it to the Ledger Nano and retrieve all of my XRP funds back even though it's not showing on Exodus Eden? Or is it not so easy? I just want to know that my XRP coins are still live with me and that I'm getting them back before this causes a divorce! I'm in a panic mode as I've used Exodus and have bitcoin and have never encountered anything like this. If I can get things to work I'm ready to jump all in with Ripple.
Please...Any help or suggestions you could be so kind to give would be greatly appreciated. I just don't understand how the funds were live one moment on Exodus Eden and the next moment funds have vanished. This is a huge topic on other forums where this is happening to a lot of Ripple customers.
Thank you!
Kelli
