I have asked for withdrawal of my XRP from Poloniex. The request stayed at pending for hours before passing to complete with a Txid that's not recognised by the official xrpcharts as a transaction hash at the same time my wallet wasn't funded. Even after submitting a support ticket since 4 days I didn't received any answer. Any idea about this issue?

About 7 days ago, I sent money from my Gatehub 5th REP wallet to Poloniex. When I look at the original transaction details, it will show the correct Poloniex wallet address. But when I look at "more details" in the XRP Charts, it shows that it went to this address: rckzVpTnKpP4TJ1puQe827bV3X4oYtdTP. When I look that up on Bithomp, it appears to belong to Gatehub. Do they keep the transaction in Limbo for a while or am I looking at this wrong and someone stole my REP?

Hi, please someone give me some information. I sold some xrp in exchage for btc (at gatehub) and afterward I made one withdrawal from GateHub Fifth to my wallet at Bitgo. I did the withdrawal 4 days ago and nothing! My BTCs didn´t arrived at my bitgo wallet! What do I have to do? I contacted the support and nobody responds! [sorry, english is not my first language]

Has anyone tried to withdraw XRP from cex.io in the last couple of days, I've been trying for two day but I'm not getting any confirmation emails so the coins aren't being sent out. I know they had problems earlier in the week but these were supposedly rectified on Wednesday.

Dear all, This is just a thread to report issues withdrawing BTC from Gatehub Fifth to a native BTC wallet. I initiated a request on 12/29 which was accepted immediately by the network but after 1 day no sign of the tx on the BTC blockchain. I created a ticket through the gatehub.net chat box and got a ticket number with some automated standard email. 3 days later (1/2) still no sign of the BTC tx. I responded to the automated email and asked an update about my ticket. 24H later (1/3) still no response. I then went to the dedicated website (support.gatehub.net powered by zendesk) and created a secondary ticket basically copy/pasting my initial request (just to cover the remote case that my initial ticket did not flow properly into their systems since i had created it through the chatbox) There i am with no info. I went to Twitter/Facebook and saw massive amount of people basically complaining about the same thing. And it seems that Gatehub is basically on radio silence. This is of course the worst course of action and even an overload of new users should not prevent them from at least acknowledging the issue. They actually took the time to sent a happy new year to everyone on twitter which is ridiculous and only increased the amount of anger since they basically totally ignore customers complaints at the same time and do not respond to a single message. It's obvious that they will lose a lot of customers once and IF they go through their backlog. Note that Chris Larsen is a shareholder of it so they are not supposed to be totally scammy... If you have been encountering similar issue and/or if you have managed to get some info from Gatehub over the last few days thanks for sharing here!!

good morning, 12 hours ago i made a withdrawal from bitfinex to my ledger ripple wallet. bitfinex status is 'completed'. i double checked wallet adress etc, but it doesnt show up. couldnt use a tag for the transaction because nano ledger doenst give a tag. is there any known network delays at the moment which would explain that it doesnt show up in the wallet ?

Hi, @gatehub @enej @gregor @klasurekar I know that I shouldn't be posting this here, but I have already emailed and gone through Gatehub's new support page, and am kind of in a bit of a panic having not received a reply. I have sent a payment from my gatehub wallet to SEPA bank account on Jun 6, 2017. It normally does not take more than 3 working days. I have not received anything yet. As a test, I placed an identical transaction on May 30th (just a different amount) which was processed normally and received in bank account as expected.. I am a bit worried about where my funds have ended up as they are not visible in either my wallet nor bank account. I would be very grateful if anyone of you could put my mind to ease.

Hi. This morning I made my first bank withdrawal. USD was the currency. The funds have gone from my Gatehub but there is no trace of the transaction on my recent history. I appreciate the actual transfer takes a few days but I'm concerned as there is nothing to show that I placed this. What can I do please? Many thanks.

Hi All, I have a couple of questions so that I'm prepared for when XRP hits $10 1. Will there be a platform to allow me to send XRP to my bank account (given the bank is signed up for Ripple), and receive a predetermined number of AUD$ (or which ever Currency) at the other end direct from an XRP wallet? 2. Could Ripple partnered banks offer an XRP account and essentially use deposits for funding transaction? (Much like they use our $ to loan out to other customers) Thanks, Mars
