  1. Hello, Does anyone know, if Binance will allow me to withdraw 15xrp and send them over to an active address? I can only find the trading limits. Thank you John
  2. About two weeks i'm waiting on my transfer of EUR to my bankaccount from the Gatehub wallet. Still nothing recieved. My TX hash seems to be allright and the transfer has been done, but still nothinh in my bankaccount. I've send several e-mail to the Gatehub support with all the info i have about the payment. But still no response. Are they non-existing or is there something else going on. A complete silence. Someone has similar experiences ? Any tips ? Help ? It's about a lot of money that's missing right now. And that for two weeks allready. Help !?
  3. I made a withdraw of 9500Euros from Gatehub 16 days ago to a Euro bank account. But I still have not received the money 16 days later! I have contacted support repeatedly but I never got a reply!! They ignore my messages! I sent a few euros to the same bank account before to test it and I received it within 2 days. But when I sent the 9500euros I never got them! What should I do? Please any advice!
  4. Dear crypto-friends, I need some help ! For several weeks i'm waiting on a payment to my bankaccount from my Gatehub Wallet. And still no respons from the Gatehub support after several e-mails...getting desperate now. In my Gatehub Wallet i clicked on "Send Payment" and then i clicked on "EU bank". In the field "Send to" it was possible for me to click my EU-bankaccount number (it was memorized because i used it before to deposit money in my wallet) . I filled in the maximum amount and then next. Everything looked fine. I also have a TX hash and a conformation. But still nothing on the bank. Anyone that could help me what to do? I'm looking forward on a answer/solution. Greetings, Rob
  5. Hello All. I`m in need of some help and hope you have some answers. On the 10th of Jan 18 I made a XRP withdraw and send it. The receiver got nothing so far (also binance account). I wrote a ticket to binance and later to the ripple support. Binance says it can´t help and ripple did not answer yet. So i did further research into it. Here is what I found: The transaction has the following Txid: 52EC63A88F88D60FF999D4BAF847BEAD5CE7D11ED7206E1095BFD0443D11B3CD The receiving address is: rEb8TK3gBgk5auZkwc6sHnwrGVJH8DuaLh If you put this address into here: https://bithomp.com/explorer/ you will see that the address has many transaction every hour per day and has a huge amount of XRP in it, definitely not the receiver who is in close contact with me (I`m 100% sure). This address was shown from binance as the receiver was getting (for the first time ever) a deposit address for her XRP in her binance account. I did a comparision with a transaction I did in mid december to my ledger and in this case i got only one transaction in Bithomp and everything looks fine there. The address was presented by binance when the receiver was making a request for a deposit address, could this a hack or something else. If anyone here has an idea or a direction where I could look or ask further I would be very glad and thankful. Have the best day of your life!
  6. Hi all, I'm new in gatehub from 12 December 2017. They told me to use GateHub for Ripple because is a good wallet. I have put my XRP and 14 days ago exchange them with EUR and on 2 January I have withdraw my money, sent to my bank (account verified) with SEPA. Now I'm still waiting for the money. I have contacted support twice, no response. I have contacted someone here, no response. They haven't any phone number and no instant chat. I'm starting think that is not a good and reliable wallet. Could be a scam??? amazing...
  7. Can't send! How to turn off Disabled_Masterkey when Standard_Key secret is lost? "Master Key" is disabled. "Regular Key" is enabled, but I don't have the secret key for it (but I do have the secret for Master!). So how to kill "Regular Key"? Ripple Says: If your address has a regular key pair defined, you can use the secret key of the regular key pair to authorize transactions. - But I don't have the secret key for this, only for the master. Ripple Says: If your regular key is compromised, but the master key is not, you can use a SetRegularKey transaction to regain control of your address. In some cases, you can even send a key reset transaction without paying the transaction cost - Sounds great but since Master Key is disabled it errors everytime I try this with "Master Key is Disabled" error.

  10. This is my first post. I'm new in the forum. Heck, I'm a new XRP holder because for years I used to be a hater, sticking to BTC and LTC Until a month ago. But I'm not new in crypto. I bought my first Bitcoin for $12 and was lucky enough to turn a $2000 in 2012 investment into $?00K by hodling, trading and hopping between BTC, LTC and ETH. Now, I know that my knowledge about Ripple and XRP is not like many of you, and I enjoy reading your posts and tweets. However, I have learned something during years of trading that you might want to consider. Straight to the point, some exchanges have proved their liability in years. You can deposit and withdraw XRP in Bitstamp or Kraken within seconds, but same process in Poloniex or Bittrex takes a long time depending the amount of coins; Currently, if you withdraw 100,000 XRP from Polo, it takes minimum 2 hours. There should be no additional confirmation delays if you have 2FA and email approval link, especially if you are withdrawing to same wallet everyday. So, there must be different reasons that makes this delays. I want to conclude this post with suggesting to withdraw most of your XRP to your own wallets and that not only gives you better security and peace of mind, but ALSO IT WILL HELP TO PUMP THE PRICE. And it doesn't matter if your exchange is trustworthy as your own eyes. Here are merely my thoughts, and I'm not accusing anyone, but it's not bad to be a bit suspicious. Perhaps the exchange doesn't trust it's code or infrastructure, so has to manually verify each request. If that is the case, then why you should trust in something that the owner of it doesn't. Don't wait for a "massive hack" news. Some of you might argue that it's because the exchange has to take the coins from their cold wallets. That might be true for massive coin moves like more than %5 of total deposited coins, that is definitely much more than maximum level 2 daily limit which is $25000. Another reason could be that exchange is short on balances due to theft of untold hack, so they have to buy or sell some other coins to obtain your requested XRP. I am a victim of Mt.Gox but fortunately, my claim is only 4 BTC. I witnessed how Mt.Gox delayed the withdraws and held the wire transfers weeks before it's epic closure, and I'm grateful for my suspicious mind that made me to move almost all my coins to Bitstamp and my cold wallet. Let's be a bit optimistic. Maybe the exchange is using our coins for margin lending, and investing on other coins? If that's true, then they are DUMPING our XRP to get BTC for lending, or other coins that they know will be pumped in near future? If that is the case, would you let them that happen? Do you like to see your coins go to a downtrend because of exchange's manipulation? So, if you take your XRP out of the exchange, they have to buy it back and it leads to price improvement. Finally, regardless of the exchange trustworthiness, reducing the exchange's available volume would unbalance the supply-demand scale. In other words, shorter supply would cause more demands. This is not a significant factor but even a few percent improvement is better than nothing.
  11. I've tried withdrawing my XRP's twice, once by "sending a payment" from my gatehub XRP wallet to my bank account. Another by sending my XRP's to my BTC coinbase wallet. Both which have failed. If anyone can please help and guide me on how to withdraw my XRP's from my gatehub wallet to either one of the accounts I just mentioned I'd highly appreciate it. P.s. All this was done on my iPhone. I don't know if that matters.
  12. I hope someone here can help. I've been trying to withdraw BTC from my Gatehub account for a few days and I've contacted Gatehub support, all to no avail. I have an account on Gatehub and my primary wallet specifies I have 49.9608 XRP in it, and 0.0363 BTC in a 'trustline'(?) called SnapSwap. (See the attached jpg.) I want to withdraw all the BTC to an external BTC address. It seems I need to get the BTC out of the SnapSwap trustline and into where? so I can send it out. I've created a contact with my BTC address so I can select that under "Send Payment", but when I specify the amount of BTC it says my account has insufficient funds or the receiver doesn't accept BTC. So how do I get my BTC to a place where I can send it out? Thanks,
