  1. Ripple is putting bit faith in gatehub and these guys dont even have phone support. They only offer support via email which takes days to reply (if only they want to ). I have sent them 4 emails in last 10 days and I am still waiting for their response to sort out my verification issues but have not received it yet. To be honest I love ripple but gatehub has been pathetic experience so far. If Gatehub.net does not sortout its stuff its damaging ripple's goodwill... If they are taking responsibility of ripple clients they MUST start 24 hours phone support (because of global exposure of ripple ) ASAP. Please support if you have similar views...

    "No More Reactions Today"

    Hi All, Experiencing an error message on the board today... "Sorry, you cannot add any more reactions today". Haven't been over reacting to anyone or anything that I'm aware of and as a matter of course haven't been on the board for the last 12 hours.... anyone else experiencing this or have in the past? Thanks.
  3. I have been locked out of my gatehub account for 2 weeks. I lost my cell, which contained my DUO app used for 2 factor authentication. I got a new phone, and restored apps from a backup, however I need to set up my gatehub account all over again in DUO which requires the QR code scan or key. However I cannot get into my gatehub account to get the QR code or authentication key for DUO, because gatehub login asks for 2FA. So it's like going in circles. I contacted gatehub support to request that my 2FA be disabled on December 23. I followed all instructions and submitted the required ID verification. However I have not received any response. I have not been able to access my account for 2 weeks. Getting very frustrated... @enej when will support requests be answered?

  5. Hi there, I'm a long time reader of XRPChat on a daily base but just got the urge to sign up and share my toughts and opinion on Bitstamp. Since day one of trading bitcoin (the good old days, being happy with 12 dollars a piece and selling a couple of honderd feeling like u made it) Sad but true story in the end, well never let one thing knock u down, Right? After being inactive for years, i decided to come back and try again, this time.. Ripple, investigated for a few months and decided this is a good investment for the long run (HODL as u guys say) Seeing the whole Bitstamp registration had changed, lost my old account, well.. bad luck, 0,52BTC lost. Who to blame after 5 years! Only myself. (Back then they were just introducing the whole signing up using ID cards and stuff like so) Recently (A couple of months back, signed up, got approved, invested a bit and bought XRP, to not look back for years even) Lately i saw XRP rise, always a good think! So tought, lets check my balance just to get a bit of lucky feeling for jumping back in on time. The only downside is, my password doesnt seem to match and my hotmail account got blocked (suspisious activity blabla) and you know i created this account back when i was a teenager so the security questions are random gibberish. Emailed the Support of Bitstamp, still no luck whatsoever, included the same copy of documents needed to register with no luck! Online i've red a couple of topics where people did not get a reply either.... So my general question here is, did i lose again? or is luck on my side and will they help me out in the neir future? what are your experiences. Before u all start to talk crap; - Never gamble more then u can afford to lose. - I got a fulltime job 40 hours in IT (Unified Communications) so i dont depend on any kind of coin to make me welthy. I just like the game. Please share ur toughts, and maybe even tips to get this resolved before i open up another account somewhere. let the money be lost and invest again.
  6. Hello, everybody. I made an international wire transfer to GateHub's bank account two weeks ago. The money hasn't been credited to my wallet yet so, during the last three or four days, I've been contacting GateHub's support daily without receiving answers—besides the canned ones—or information about my deposit. What are my options? Is this normal? Has something like this happened to someone else too? -G
  7. Hi guys, new member here. Registered with Gatehub a few days ago as I want to invest so money in ripple. My wallet is has been locked and saying it needs 20XRP to function so i`m not able to deposit any funds to trade for XRP. On the forum it says that you only need to be verified and have a phone number on, and you will automatically receive the 20XRP required to start trading. Well, i have received the confirmation email, saying that "Account verified on GateHub Fifth" , i have a phone number on the account, and all the required documents have been uploaded, but I still didn`t got the 20XRP. Do you know what`s the issue, and what the solution to it could be?

Does anyone else find it odd that price analyses about XRP published elsewhere on the internet talk about psychological levels of support and resistance in terms of USD? 75% of the volume of XRP trading takes place in Korea, so psychological levels of resistance and support should be more applicable there. It's also worth noting that 1 XRP sits at 297 KRW at the time of this writing.
  9. Hi guys, I know that for Gatehub specific problems I should go to their website and/or write to their support. Fine. The issue is that I have done both, multiple times, and they never answer me. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?? It has been a month since I did a bank transfer of euros to my Gatehub account, and the money still has not arrived, so getting pretty desperate now. Would be nice if you have any tips that might help on how to deal with this. Starting to think I might lose the money... Thanks!

  11. Hi All, I sent an international payment (within SEPA area, but in USDs) to my gatehub account on the 6th (so 6 working days ago) and it's not shown up. I understood that payments in SEPA take 1-3 working days, and have contacted Gatehub Support with no specific response yet...just the standard info on payments copied into an email. I followed up twice with specifics on the transaction also. Does anyone have experience of sending USDs in SEPA or know how to get a personal response from Gatehub? (guessing there are pretty busy at this point..)
  12. Hello, I have trouble recovering my gatehub account and I can't reach their support. They don't seem to have a phone number and haven't replied to my email and support ticket so far. I have sent them an email over a month ago and made a support ticket in their system two weeks ago but got no reply. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them? Thanks, Samuel
  13. Hello everybody, A view weeks ago I deposited some $ to my Kraken account. It has arrived, but [on hold] since then. I've send several tickets for help, but no reaction whatsoever... seems that I am not the only one having this problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/KrakenSupport/ So if you want to deposit to trade.... have patience.... will take 2 - 3 weeks probably.
  14. Does anyone know why gatehub doesn't respont to support requests? I've filled out the support form, sent three emails, waited almost three weeks & not even a response. I understand with the market cap going up they're busy with support but after three weeks I'm starting to think they've ripped me off.
  15. I've been trying to contact @gatehubfor support. Having an issue with 2FA security and haven't been able to access my account for over a week. Have emailed support@gatehub.net, but it's been a week and still no response. I get that they've had a lot of new traffic and are a bit slow, but really would help to get a basic "we're working on it" at the bare minimum. Can anyone suggest a way to get in touch? They havent responded to private messages on Facebook either and don't want to be that guy aggressively, publicly spamming them. Thanks!

  18. Hi, Hopefully I have posted this in the right area. Typically, how long does sending payments between Gatehub wallets take? I sent some ETH from my secondary Gatehub wallet to my primary Gatehub wallet over nine hours ago. The transaction history shows that it has been sent, and the ETH deducted from my wallet. However, it hasn't been posted in the receiving wallet. Thanks.
  19. Hi guys, I'm pretty new to the community and started to use Gatehub recently. I made a transaction more than 2h ago exchanging BTC for some ETH and even though it appears in transaction status, nothing changed in my wallet (no BTC removed and not ETH credited). Any ideas about the average transaction time? I sent a mail to the support without any feed back yet. So i'm not even sure if it has worked or not. As on the other hand I changed XRP for BTC this morning and it took less than a 10 seconds which was impressive, i'm a bit worrying regarding the above operation. Thanks for any feed back about this matter!
