I am asking for some assistance from the group here. I have sent multiple support tickets to Gatehub support only to get no reply. I can't access my account since last weekend and I can't seem to get anyones attention at Gatehub. I consider myself a patient man and I assumed they would fix the issues they were having and my problem would go away, but that is not what happened and now that it has been nearly a week and no response I am trying to just get someone to help me. Having a email support system that no one replies to is not helpful. At this point I would like to just get to my accounts and terminate my account with Gatehub. I have had messages back and forth here with Gatehub employees whose advice is to put in a support ticket, even though my post clearly states I have done that multiple time. I see where the Founder and CEO of Gatehub ENEJ is here on the blog, as one of your users I am asking for assistance and you have several thousands of dollars of mine I can't access. Please assist me in getting access to my account. Terry
Hey Guys, Wondering if any of you have the same problem as i have. Since this afternoon, i'm not able to login anymore. After successfully entering my username, password and validation, i get the following message "Currently unavailable, please try again later.". Does any of you experience the same? I already send an e-mail to support. Cheers!
