See the new update here ——————— (old updates) [Update 3] *Responsive Magenta!/White UI finished, *Saved a total of 20 minutes See the last update here (on Reddit) I did a little work on the UI, the first version of this one was breaking, apparently, I didn't code it "responsively"... So, I fixed that with MJML (responsive email-coding-thing), and now the text is aligned: Bad text-alignment versus Good text-alignment If you have any thoughts or suggestions on the look of the user-interface (UI) let me know, I'm liking how the magenta pops, and for me, it seems clear in terms of legibility. Fresh eyes are always helpful though! Fixes: Changed color theme—"MAGENTA/WHITE" Fixed email text-alignment Added spot for title of website Added numbering for posts to create "hierarchy" Removed red "Contribute" button, and instead made the titles clickable. Drafted "launch-plan" Added some error-catches to make it more "unbreakable" Goals for Tomorrow: Test UI on every email client web/mobile using either Litmus or something similar. Add 4 new websites to start receiving popular posts related to Ripple (6 total websites would be added by tomorrow). Any particular website(s) you'd like to have added? Ripple News Update One of my Ripple news updates stirred up controversy on Reddit yesterday. I want to address some of the comments made before returning to our regularly scheduled programming. Reddit user “stalker474” started the thread. He seemed surprised at my $10.00 XRP price prediction probably because XRP prices have trended down in recent weeks. A few other users came to my defense, saying that “To be fair, he held to his $2 by the end of 2017, both when it was $0.10, and when it was $0.20 in early december. We have a situation. I am used to countering FUD about Ripple and XRP though methodical listing of facts, statistics, and sourced material. And I'm quite active on various sub-Reddits. However, there is one that has a rule against bloggers even posting a link to their blog, and I was banned after an attempt at posting a link to my latest blog. My personal ban notwithstanding, that subreddit has approximately 440,000 subscribers - almost a 1/2 million! That's a LOT of eyeballs. After my ban, I decided to peruse their front page to see if any OTHER crypto currencies are discussed. They are. But here's what caught my eye: There was an article on the FRONT PAGE of this subreddit that discussed the AMEX deal, and the comments were RIFE with outright lies, misinformation, negative sentiment against Ripple and XRP, etc... Here is the link to that posting: We need Reddit posters (who have not been banned like me) to review the r/Investing sub-reddit, follow their strict rules (important! ), and provide some good publicity for Ripple and XRP. Reports are coming in from Bittrex on Reddit/bitcointalk about accounts being blocked for no reason: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2267728.0 From what I have seen so far it seems to be the case for Arabic citizens in specific countries like Syria/Iran. I found this: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/the-us-government-and-treasury-designate-iran-irgc_us_59e23124e4b02e99c58356ce looks like US based Bittrex has sharpened their policy because of US regulations? Didn't check changes in policy on Bittrex but should be clear.

Hello folks, I just saw this thread where I also replied to: My question is if there is some moderator or anybody who cares about the situation in the subreddit. I think there should be some people making sure the folks "behave". I am asking here and not in the subreddit because the responses towards this topic have been quite low so far. I would like to see the community managed a little bit better because we all benefit from it somehow. WDYT?

Sometimes I just need the right question. Q: Please list technical and fundamental reasons how RIPPLE is better than ETHEREUM? A: At this point in time, philosophically, they are addressing fundamentally different paradigms so there is no "better". Ripple's Codius was on track to compete directly with Ethereum but when it comes to distributed computing Ripple engineers noted there were other projects addressing this with what they considered far better approaches and were much further along (notably Docker) so they shelved this track of development in favor of focusing on another protocol which could deliver networked trustless escrow between any two distributed ledgers capable of cryptographically proving receipt of payment.
