How can I access the addresses in my deleted Coolwallet S? Or is that even possible? I can still see all of the transaction details, and it would seem that in a situation where there is no fraudulent activity, and the crypto is so readily available that recovery would be easy. I know XRP approved a deleted wallet option in May of 2020, does that supercede ( or can it please) the company that made the hardware's say in this. I can see how a situation like this could get abused very easily, but, but I can also see how in some circumstances recovering the deleted wallet would make more sense than letting it remain lost? If anyone knows how to save the crypto, and the day, please let me know. Thanks.

How do i recovery my wallet using the recovery code?
-
Hello, it has been awhile since I last posted to the forum. I hope everyone is doing well. I recently updated my Nano Ledger S with the latest firmware. When prompted to reconfigure or configure, I accidentally selected configure which led me down the path of selecting a new pin and recovery phrases. When I checked my account balance it showed 0. My question are as follows: 1. Do I just reconfigure using the original recovery phrases? Up to how many sets of recovery phrases can a Nano S Ledger have? Just one? Or multiple? I presume that I still can use the original set of recovery phrases for this ledger. I really hope so. I am very worried at the moment so I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

I want to start by saying I want to avoid the intrusive gatehub if possible, I am in a foreign country and proving residence is task that involves translators for most English verification KYC processes. It is a last resort for me. I bought XRP in 2013 and stored my backups like this ; I have in keepass, on paper, and in a text file several backups like so : XRP address, balance is still there. A username, a password. This is not in the form of the secret key, it is a standard keepass generated password. I also have a 'ripple-wallet.txt' file, with a VERY long, strong password. It has well over 200 characters. Lastly I have a string that may be a secret key, it has my fake-password to start, the next characters after is 's' and it looks like a secret key format may be in there, but I do not know the length. The ripple desktop wallet asks for a wallet file, which I do not have, I do not believe there were any at the time I bought them. Just accounts and passwords or brain wallet type logins IIRC. I have spent a long time trying to find answers on how to recover the funds, but the best I found was a github 'minimalistic' client, which was very confusing and I could not get it to work. How does one go about recovering the funds?

Hi I am freaking out and really need some help as I have a lot of money in my Gatehub wallet and am no longer able to access it! My password was saved on all of my devices so I logged in automatically. I also wrote the recovery key down when I signed up which I am only counting as 16 characters but it says it is supposed to be 32. I went to log on and my old password was not working for some reason so I reset it. Now I am not able to get back in using the recovery key that I wrote down when I signed up. I am really hoping someone can help me I am a nervous wreck right now!!! Thanks so much! -Sachi

Hey all, I have an account on Gatehub. I went through the migration process from RippleTrade but didn't recall receiving a recovery key when I created the account. I'm able to access my "secret key" from my Gatehub wallet but I'm assuming this isn't the same as a recovery key since they said it's a 32 character string (my secret key is 29). Anyways, do you guys know how I can access my recovery key? Thanks in advance
