Hi, I'm waiting to verify on gatehub and in the meantime have created a desktop wallet using XRP-CHAT-WALLET (I'll call it RippleAdminConsole from here) and activated it using bithomp to buy 20 XRP and send it to the wallet (all good so far I think). I have then closed RippleAdminConsole, re-opened it again and checked my desktop wallet ripple address/public key using 'cold wallet', and the 20XRP is showing. Can someone confirm that this was the correct way to check? Can I copy the account file created using RippleAdminConsole onto another computer if I re-install the software there? Is this an offline wallet (the public & secret key are only stored on my local PC) as opposed to an online wallet like on Gatehub? Can I now use this to buy XRP without going through Gatehub? E.g. using Cryptomate and putting in my desktop wallet ripple address/public key? Also, in RippleAdminConsole settings, under Security settings there is an option to 'generate regular key'. Does anyone know what this is for? Cheers!

I opened 2 accounts to try this Ripple thing. One on Kraken, one on Gatehub. My wire transfer to Kraken has not been deposited into my account yet even though it shows as having been complete from my bank over a week ago. And Gatehub says I cannot do anything on that account without having at least 20 Ripple. I don't get it. Any Tips?

Hi everyone and good morning. I am a new user on gatehub. I am trying to get some bitcoin transfered to my wallet there and can not seem to do so. I believe ot is because my wallet is not funded with the initial 50xrp. It is verified however. Can someone send me some? I will be happy to repay you.
