  1. I am asking for some assistance from the group here. I have sent multiple support tickets to Gatehub support only to get no reply. I can't access my account since last weekend and I can't seem to get anyones attention at Gatehub. I consider myself a patient man and I assumed they would fix the issues they were having and my problem would go away, but that is not what happened and now that it has been nearly a week and no response I am trying to just get someone to help me. Having a email support system that no one replies to is not helpful. At this point I would like to just get to my accounts and terminate my account with Gatehub. I have had messages back and forth here with Gatehub employees whose advice is to put in a support ticket, even though my post clearly states I have done that multiple time. I see where the Founder and CEO of Gatehub ENEJ is here on the blog, as one of your users I am asking for assistance and you have several thousands of dollars of mine I can't access. Please assist me in getting access to my account. Terry
  2. hey guys, i have set up a ripple wallet from rippex, i did the log in wrote down my security code, made a password and everything but when i go to log in it asks me to select a file?!?!?! and put in the password. I am sure that the password is right i just cant get this to work. i have tried all my files related to ripple but it does not work. the worst part is i had a friend send me a considerable amount of money to this wallet address but I cant log in. HELP plzz
  3. I tried to login today on gatehub but its giving me this message. Any one else facing this problem and suggest me what to do As I am signing from the same computer I used to sign since few weeks, also as per the message appearing I am not receiving any confirmation email.
  4. Hello, Panic! I have created an Rippex account and transferred 205 XRPs from Koinex exchange to Rippex account. The transfer is successful, the XRPs are deducted from Koinex exchange. But when i login to Rippex its not logging in it says "Login failed: Wallet file or password is wrong." The password and wallet i am entering is perfectly fine... PS: i have lost my security key... Is there any way i can recover the account? Thanks a lot in advance.
  5. Hi. Would not being validated on Rippex.net prevent me from logging into my rippex desktop wallet? When I say log in I mean on the tab that says "Open Account" as opposed to the Cold Wallet or Read Only Mode. Those two tabs I can use and see my balance, but when I try to log into the main (left) tab it says incorrect password, even though I wrote it down carefully... I think I did it backwards. I installed the wallet, sent some XRP to it, and only after that created an account on rippex.net. It's been 9 days and I am waiting for validation. I assume that when I'm validated I will have full access to the XRPs in the wallet(?). If not I guess I made a mistake writing down the PW...
  6. I am really having a difficult time logging into Gatehub, in fact, an impossible time. Every time I try to login to Gatehub, I'm asked to verify "a new device", despite using the same device I had previously logged into. However, the problem is, when I receive the confirmation email and click on the "Allow Access" button (URL) in the email, I'm taken back to Gatehub (in the same Firefox browser), and I'm provided with the warning: "The device does not match. Please open link in browser you loggined in" (misspelling is exact match from page). I immediately try to flush my cache, restart my browser and try it all over again. The email typically comes within seconds of the request, so I'm not waiting minutes to click on the URL. No matter how many times I try, I cannot log into Gatehub. I'm running macOS Sierra and using the latest version of Firefox. Looking for some guidance as to why I cannot log back in! Thanks
  7. Hey. I got a big problem. I made a transaction from my gatehub wallet to the Bittrex exchange the 12/8. After that my password doesn't work? I have not changed the password. Have anyone had the same issue? I can see on twiter that they had downtime, and i am afraid that my acc got hacked or something. And.. I dont have recovery key og secret key.
  8. Today I tried to log in to gatehub several times, but I got the following message, but no confirmation email. "It looks like you're signing in to GateHub from a computer or device we haven't seen before, or for some time. Please click the confirmation link in the email we just sent you. This is the process that protects the security of your wallet." The problem is, I do not get any confirmation e-mail! Has anyone else have or have had these problems? Do you know, what could be the issue there? Thank you!

    Help with Gatehub login

    Hi Everyone, I am having trouble logging in my gatehub account. The web says it sent an email to me for activating a new device. However, I never received that email. I tried another computer, and it did the same thing. I still got no activation emails. I just wonder if someone here can help me look into this. Thanks in advance. ripple_mk

Hi everyone, Im new to forum, so sorry if i don't know rules to post. i have problem with Gatehub account, since 1 week i can't access it because i deleted google authenticatior app. And know Gatehub asks for 2fa code when i try to login. Support team is not responding! Any help or suggestions would be appreciated again sorry if didn't posted in right section.
  12. Hi Guys, i am facing issues with Gatehub. When i put my password in and system says signed in but screen is blank and loading .. nothing happens afterward. Just wondering if you are facing the same issues.... Finding it hard to trust Gatehub.net now.....................
