Ok, a bit of a vagueness in this somewhat long article, but my conclusion is basically Kakao exposes it is going to build a service on top an existing blockchain and use it within their chat app (but please correct me if needed). I would think that they are referring to the XRPL but what are your thoughts? Would be wise and obviously huge if so. But they only mention the ones they explored also but did not choose.
