I am asking for some assistance from the group here. I have sent multiple support tickets to Gatehub support only to get no reply. I can't access my account since last weekend and I can't seem to get anyones attention at Gatehub. I consider myself a patient man and I assumed they would fix the issues they were having and my problem would go away, but that is not what happened and now that it has been nearly a week and no response I am trying to just get someone to help me. Having a email support system that no one replies to is not helpful. At this point I would like to just get to my accounts and terminate my account with Gatehub. I have had messages back and forth here with Gatehub employees whose advice is to put in a support ticket, even though my post clearly states I have done that multiple time. I see where the Founder and CEO of Gatehub ENEJ is here on the blog, as one of your users I am asking for assistance and you have several thousands of dollars of mine I can't access. Please assist me in getting access to my account. Terry

Well unfortunately I'm having to result to the forum again to get action from Gatehub, I have tried going direct to support and 2 PM's to Enej but no response. I transferred 1000 GBP from my British bank account to Gatehub 12.7.17, contacted support 20.7.17 to advise not received, PM to Enej 23.7.17 and again 27.7.17 and still no contact from anyone or funds. This is a pretty sorry state of affairs for this sort of delay and I don't believe they can blame it on inundation as they were back in May & June, when it took 6 weeks for a transfer of funds from Gatehub to my Australian bank account. Gatehub please tidy up this sad state of affairs !!!!

Sent my money to Gatehub on the 5th June 2017 (International wire transfer, supposed to take 4-7 days), hasn't shown up. Raised a ticket (30617), and got no response. Can someone please help me resolve this issue as its been outstanding for 4 weeks now?? I posted same topic last week and it is closed now by Admin asking me to submit a request by providing a link which I already did before admin asked me to do before I saw this blog 30617 is the ticket number. Please do the needful.

Please I Need u guys help.... Getting to a month now I have submitted up to 3 requests but have not been attended to.... I can't log in my gatehub account.... When I sent mail to gatehub support I was told to take my selfie with "gate gatehub 2fa" with date of which I did.... Still no response.... Pls help me gain access to my ripple... I made a transfer from my Poloniex account to one of my hosted wallets on Gatehub. The transasction is showing as complete but the ripple has not been placed into my wallet. This is the transaction hash 297BD24149F8E64DB0D311FE800A04E48897720DE9F50C4CD95636FE8206720E I have turned in support tickets on both ends poloniex and Gatehub with no response from either exchange as of yet and it has now been over a week. I know some of the Poloniex and Gatehub employees are on the chat here so I am asking for help please. Andrew

So.. I sent over 1,5 days ago my wallet to Gatehub Fifth acc 2.9999 ETH. My wallet says that transaction is complete but it's not credited my gatehub. Gatehub support didn't response my e-mails so can someone help me asap.
