Creditcare Technology Corporation (based out of Palo Alto, CA) recently filed a lawsuit against Ripple Labs, Inc. on October 13, 2020. (based out of Raleigh, NC) recently filed a lawsuit against Ripple Labs, Inc. on 9/25/2019. The patent in dispute (U.S. Patent No. 9,432,452) was filed in 2013 by Cooperative Entertainment - https://patents.google.com/patent/US9432452. As of today (10/30), Ripple (the company) has not responded to the complaint.
