Hello, So I have read that "Bittrex Global" will be supporting the Flare Airdrop however I am unsure if this is different for US customers who only have access to US exchange. Thoughts?

I describe why & cover all the latest news in today's blog: 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) lists crypto mining as an activity it recommends be phased out; and Warren Davidson reintroduces the Token Taxonomy Act. Precision is a necessary ingredient for sustained success in any field; I discuss why this is, and cover the latest about crypto regulation and the headline developments about xRapid. In addition, two wallets - one a hardware wallet - announce that they are adding support for XRP. Also, read to discover exciting community developments such as the ability for the public to run their own queries against a database of XRP transactions. XRP was carefully designed and built on a solid technological foundation. In today's blog, I remind XRP Community members of its humble beginnings, along with providing my own perspective on the recent crypto market correction. Despite the market distraction, progress is marching forward - and quickly: Coil published a guide for those wishing to run their own ILP validator. Wietse Wind just published an updated XRPL Development Dashboard for fellow community developers, and Ripple just updated the default UNL with another non-Ripple validator, edging *very* close to sub-50% dominance of the recommended UNL List. Bittrex adds direct USD fiat pairings to XRP on its platform, and Coins.ph (Philippines), PayBis, and CryiptoHub all decide to support XRP. There's also a great new XRP-related content site that just opened two days ago. I hope you enjoy this latest blog: Please leave any feedback below & feel free to share my blog with a friend - or on any other platform; and thank you for doing so! Hi all, I made XRP transfer from Bitfinex to Bittrex almost a day ago. Everything seems normal. I copied the address and the tag, about 20 minutes later Bitfinex told the transaction is completed but I can not see any XRP at my Bittrex wallet. When I click the link TXID it writes transaction not found. I opened tickets to both exchanges but haven’t heard anything yet. Did anyone have similiar problem?

Hi all, Can anyone shed any light on why Bittrex appears to have frozen XRP wallets for withdrawls. I have all of the authentication (Basic and advance) but the wallet is frozen.. It has been frozen for now 24hrs. Im a HODL'r through and through but find this concerning.. Going through twitter and also Business insider, I can see Bittrex reputaion deteriating due to a plethora of concerns from others. Any views and opinions much welcomed.

This is my first post. I'm new in the forum. Heck, I'm a new XRP holder because for years I used to be a hater, sticking to BTC and LTC Until a month ago. But I'm not new in crypto. I bought my first Bitcoin for $12 and was lucky enough to turn a $2000 in 2012 investment into $?00K by hodling, trading and hopping between BTC, LTC and ETH. Now, I know that my knowledge about Ripple and XRP is not like many of you, and I enjoy reading your posts and tweets. However, I have learned something during years of trading that you might want to consider. Straight to the point, some exchanges have proved their liability in years. You can deposit and withdraw XRP in Bitstamp or Kraken within seconds, but same process in Poloniex or Bittrex takes a long time depending the amount of coins; Currently, if you withdraw 100,000 XRP from Polo, it takes minimum 2 hours. There should be no additional confirmation delays if you have 2FA and email approval link, especially if you are withdrawing to same wallet everyday. So, there must be different reasons that makes this delays. I want to conclude this post with suggesting to withdraw most of your XRP to your own wallets and that not only gives you better security and peace of mind, but ALSO IT WILL HELP TO PUMP THE PRICE. And it doesn't matter if your exchange is trustworthy as your own eyes. Here are merely my thoughts, and I'm not accusing anyone, but it's not bad to be a bit suspicious. Perhaps the exchange doesn't trust it's code or infrastructure, so has to manually verify each request. If that is the case, then why you should trust in something that the owner of it doesn't. Don't wait for a "massive hack" news. Some of you might argue that it's because the exchange has to take the coins from their cold wallets. That might be true for massive coin moves like more than %5 of total deposited coins, that is definitely much more than maximum level 2 daily limit which is $25000. Another reason could be that exchange is short on balances due to theft of untold hack, so they have to buy or sell some other coins to obtain your requested XRP. I am a victim of Mt.Gox but fortunately, my claim is only 4 BTC. I witnessed how Mt.Gox delayed the withdraws and held the wire transfers weeks before it's epic closure, and I'm grateful for my suspicious mind that made me to move almost all my coins to Bitstamp and my cold wallet. Let's be a bit optimistic. Maybe the exchange is using our coins for margin lending, and investing on other coins? If that's true, then they are DUMPING our XRP to get BTC for lending, or other coins that they know will be pumped in near future? If that is the case, would you let them that happen? Do you like to see your coins go to a downtrend because of exchange's manipulation? So, if you take your XRP out of the exchange, they have to buy it back and it leads to price improvement. Finally, regardless of the exchange trustworthiness, reducing the exchange's available volume would unbalance the supply-demand scale. In other words, shorter supply would cause more demands. This is not a significant factor but even a few percent improvement is better than nothing.

Opened an account over 1 week ago on Bittrex bittrex.com. I have put all my information, sent in my ID and selfie photo. Set up Google Authentication. I can transfer BTC and XRP in but I can't withdraw anything until they do whats called Enhanced Verification. Everything is stuck in Bittrex and can't withdraw anything. Does anyone have any info on what they are doing with my information? Are they calling the IRS? What is the timeline to get Enchanced Verification to withdraw? I'm about ready to drive to Las Vegas where there corporate HQ is located to get some answers. Starting to get mad as hell at them! Other Exchanges I have been verified and can do withdraws or whatever I need to do.

Observing the difference in transaction fees for transferring BTC vs XRP from Trex exchange to my Ledger nano. I transferred almost 67k XRP and the friggin Tx fee was only 5.00000000 XRP ($0.90 USD fee at the time of the transfer). I was like WTF am I seeing things? buahahahaha. I can’t wait for my next XRP purchases before Swell.

I've purchased XRP over the months by using BTC. I maintain these details on an Excel sheet. From my order history on Bittrex, I'm able to see how much I paid (in BTC) for a particular purchase. My question is.. is there a way I can trace back the purchase price of that transactions? Since the price of BTC has fluctuated quite a bit over the last few months, it's difficult to know the value of a purchase in USD...

Hi, I transferred 3.0998 ETH from Gatehub to my Bittrex account a week ago and its not showing up in Bittrex. In Gatehub it says its sent. TX Hash: A8EC323E1D01524296F4E7B9DCE382F813FDDA7D1419F4E79A34D1EA101CB2E4 You can see it here on Ripple Charts: https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/transactions/A8EC323E1D01524296F4E7B9DCE382F813FDDA7D1419F4E79A34D1EA101CB2E4 It was a new Bittrex account and I ran 2 test transactions of 0.1 ETH each before I did the one for 3.0998 ETH, they both worked fine in about 10 mins. I also received a mystery deposit of 0.3993 ETH into my Bittrex account around the same time which is suspect of a bug in the system. Bittrex told me to contact Gatehub, the Gatehub support is poor, nothing back from them in a week, any advise on what I should do? Bittrex ETH address: 0x2a5bdb2079627efe0b9c2bb464be4b733d4dd9ce Gatehub ETH address: rpKycKxGK7rq179KjPTn6QByDH4bofZtih Thanks, Dave

Hello, I am aware that this is not the GateHub / Bittrex support, but I would like to see if someone else has had a similar problem: I have 2FA activated on both Bittrex and GateHub, but my device has broken. I am already trying to fix the screen, which seems being the problem, if so, I will have access soon to my Google Authenticator App. I have been told that the right thing to do in this cases, is to open a Support Ticket to Bittrex/GateHub... and wait for their answer, provide documentation and wait for them to remove the 2FA. But, how long does it take? Bittrex had replyied me, sent them the documents, but haven't answered back (4 days). On the other side, I send a email to GateHub one week ago, and haven't replyied yet... so I am a bit concerned right now. And yes, I know from now on I must write down somewhere the backup codes, it was a silly mistake not to do it. I have around 25000 xrp splited into both platforms and I would really like to hear some similar experiences, if you have had them, and how did you manage to fix them. Thank you guys!
