XRP's network - both from a liquidity and use standpoint - is expanding quickly at an ???????????? rate: I cover this trend, along with all the latest news about XRP and the businesses that are championing its use, as well as new developments about exchange listings, custody services, and hardware wallet providers. Please leave any feedback below - and feel free to share my blog with a friend or on any other platform - and thank you for doing so! I sent some ripple to my desktop wallet and the transactions went through very quickly. The "available" balance is significantly less than what is stored there. Why? There has been over 200 xrp in this wallet for weeks now, yet the available balance is lower than that! HALP *edit* wow the desktop wallet screenshot matches the exact color scheme of the forums. Nice!
So if 20 XRP is the minimum how would someone start a wallet if say 1 XRP is = $100? Would they need $2000 to open a account/wallet just to get started? "In Ripple protocol, to create a new account you need to initialize it with a funding of at least 20 XRP. An account under 20 XRP is considered as not exiting. Thus, your balance must always be at minimum 20 XRP and you are not allowed to make transactions that would result in your balance going under this limit." Thanks for any input!
