Hello folks, I just noticed a super annoying/worrying behaviour when logging into Gatehub. Check the attachment. I get an email and have to confirm the link I received. The first time this was ok. Now I see it every time I log in. Is this on purpose? Is there a bug? Is this a phishing mechanism from an attacker? On my end all looks good but I am still worried. Please provide some information and background. All the best, Tim.
Having moved since I opened my BITSTAMP account to buy XRP In the middle of the night, I woke up with in a cold sweat. Where is my scannable or 16 digit Bitstamp and authenticator codes. I can't find them anywhere. What happens if I lose my phone. Can someone tell me what to do to get them back or a new code. I invested all my available cash in this project and can't sleep thinking I won't have access to it.
I have been locked out of my gatehub account for 2 weeks. I lost my cell, which contained my DUO app used for 2 factor authentication. I got a new phone, and restored apps from a backup, however I need to set up my gatehub account all over again in DUO which requires the QR code scan or key. However I cannot get into my gatehub account to get the QR code or authentication key for DUO, because gatehub login asks for 2FA. So it's like going in circles. I contacted gatehub support to request that my 2FA be disabled on December 23. I followed all instructions and submitted the required ID verification. However I have not received any response. I have not been able to access my account for 2 weeks. Getting very frustrated... @enej when will support requests be answered?
It's been a while since I've used my Bitstamp account (I'm a hodler). About two weeks ago I tried to withdraw my XRP to my hardware wallet, but Bitstamp disabled my withdrawals, and trading for that matter. I opened a support ticket 12 days ago but no reply yet. I thought the blocking might be due to the fact I don't have two-factor authentication enabled, but when I tried to enable the two-factor authentication, but it asks me for my 6-digit authentication code, which I have no idea about whatsoever, so I can't even test that theory. Can anybody help?
