Hello, With the price of XRP reaching 2, we have experienced a 400% increase in system costs, in just 15 days. Is there a plan to reduce the cost of the account reserve for each account? (20 USD) For an exchange, it is possible to have multiple shared account on the ledger, however for a payment system, full functionality would require individual client accounts (rippling issued currencies for example). Currently 40 USD makes it in-viable to create individual accounts.
