I have been locked out of my gatehub account for 2 weeks. I lost my cell, which contained my DUO app used for 2 factor authentication. I got a new phone, and restored apps from a backup, however I need to set up my gatehub account all over again in DUO which requires the QR code scan or key. However I cannot get into my gatehub account to get the QR code or authentication key for DUO, because gatehub login asks for 2FA. So it's like going in circles. I contacted gatehub support to request that my 2FA be disabled on December 23. I followed all instructions and submitted the required ID verification. However I have not received any response. I have not been able to access my account for 2 weeks. Getting very frustrated... @enej when will support requests be answered?

I've stored my XRP coins on gatehub.net .. The support is so silly and slow. I've had my mobile reset so do the google authenticator... now whenever I try to login it asks me for the 2FA verification code. I've sent them RESET request since 13 Dec 2017, and with my SELFIE as they required but so far no reply from them .. I'm not even able to login ... I just came to this forum and trying my luck may be someone could help me to get support reply speedily ... I've 1400 XRP coins stored in gatehub when rate was 0.20+ ... now rate is $1+ ... thanks for your kind participation and help in advance ..

Have been locked out since I switched phones, gatehub wont let me in without the 2FA and they havent emailed back any advice?

In the morning 16/Dec/2017 , I can not login my account Gatehub due to wrong verification code. I don't know why ? last night i also access normally. I sent ticket to support@gatehub.net , I got a reply : they ask me to take a photo of myself while holding a piece of paper with "GateHub 2FA disable" message (with current date) and my ID. I followed the instructions and now i am worry about how long it took to access my account Anybody can help me? Thanks

@gatehub please help, it seems my 2fa has stopped working. I've recovered and changed my password using my secret key so it seems as if it's not that - is gatehub down?

Hello, I am aware that this is not the GateHub / Bittrex support, but I would like to see if someone else has had a similar problem: I have 2FA activated on both Bittrex and GateHub, but my device has broken. I am already trying to fix the screen, which seems being the problem, if so, I will have access soon to my Google Authenticator App. I have been told that the right thing to do in this cases, is to open a Support Ticket to Bittrex/GateHub... and wait for their answer, provide documentation and wait for them to remove the 2FA. But, how long does it take? Bittrex had replyied me, sent them the documents, but haven't answered back (4 days). On the other side, I send a email to GateHub one week ago, and haven't replyied yet... so I am a bit concerned right now. And yes, I know from now on I must write down somewhere the backup codes, it was a silly mistake not to do it. I have around 25000 xrp splited into both platforms and I would really like to hear some similar experiences, if you have had them, and how did you manage to fix them. Thank you guys! -
Hi everyone, Im new to forum, so sorry if i don't know rules to post. i have problem with Gatehub account, since 1 week i can't access it because i deleted google authenticatior app. And know Gatehub asks for 2fa code when i try to login. Support team is not responding! Any help or suggestions would be appreciated again sorry if didn't posted in right section.

Since I had to format my android phone, my google autheticator has been reseted too so I have lost my access to gatehub as well. I contacted gatehub support but they still don't replay me. Can you help me please?

Hi all' I broke my phone yesterday that has the 2fa login for gatehub, i do have the recovery key but after looking for some time on the gatehub website i see no way to even use them. can anyone give me a link so i can recover my account please.
