  1. Going back to my math though, yes you're right. Few too many zeros hah. Even with 6.7 tril, inflation would only bring it to 9.653 tril. Thanks for that.
  2. Will US based exchanges oust their clientele for the IRS? Coinbase was ordered to turn over identifying records for all users who have bought, sold, sent, or received more than $20,000 through their accounts in a single year between 2013 and 2015. Are other US exchanges going to be more compliant with the IRS?
  3. I remember reading an article that some countries in the EU already do that for the individual. The US still leaves it compliance of the individual.
  4. You think that's bad, look at XRP/UAH used to be in the 5.10s for about a week.
  5. This gets me wet. I can't wait til we pass even just $10.
  6. Once XRP passes BTC as number one on coinmarketcap.com, I'm sure we'll start seeing /XRP trading pairs.
  7. I still think we're far from any "bubble," compared to the dot.com era. We're closing in on 1 tril, but we'll just have to see how this plays put. Theoretical inflation adjustment for the dot com bubble would place it now into the quadrillions.
  8. Ahh right, I forgot about 51% consensus. Now it's being spread back out.

  11. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-05/bitcoin-miners-are-shifting-outside-china-amid-state-clampdown "After banning initial coin offerings and calling on local exchanges to halt virtual currency trading last year, Chinese authorities outlined proposals this week to discourage bitcoin mining -- the computing process that makes transactions with the cryptocurrency possible. Officials plan to limit the industry’s power use and have asked local governments to guide miners toward an “orderly” exit from the business, people familiar with the matter said." And down comes the king. Ripple is gonna swipe that #1 spot.
  12. @Rippology201 @xrpaware I've seen this coin and thought it was intriguing. However, it irks the hell out of me that it's ONLY listed on a Russian exchange. I don't trust that at all.
  13. Depends how the chart is broken down. Are you viewing it in intervals of 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour, 1 min, etc. Make sure you're in the same on each if you're trying to verify that drop. Edit 1: I checked what you were talking about. I matched the 5min chart on both sites. You're right, the XRPCharts site has this huge sell off at 7:10EST, but doesn't show it as drastic on bitstamp.
