We cant even break out of $1.50 and you guys are planning for when and if it gets to $100? LMAO

Not trying to be offensive but come on guys. Put the crack pipe down for now.  This is a question that should be asked when XRP is $30+ and you ask about $100.

This is like me asking and discussing what med school my kid should attend to when he is 14 monthls old lol

once it reaches $100 I would wait for $1000 which would be just around the corner really. Weak hands here at $100 I see

I will be glad when Weiss releases their ratings and we can stop talking about it.  I really think it will have no effect on anything: we're just starved for news.

couldn't agree more. It might peak for 1 second or maybe two

Thank You for the reply so-she will send me the address(cut and paste in an email?) and I will copy that in the address box send? Please forgive this basic ? but I have done a search and have found no instructions for sending within the exchange between members who store their coins on the exchange.I thought that maybe they would have some  protocol.Sometimes it is the most basic things that are not obvious.

    Don't forget the tag.

  4. go to deposite xrp tab and write down the address and the tag.  When depositing XRP into your Binance account, you will need to enter the deposit address together with a “Tag” (specific to XRP). Should you enter your Tag incorrectly, there is a possibility that your XRP will be lost;

Hypothetically, If someone offered you $11/zerp right now in cash under the condition that you could not buy any xrp or crypto ever again, would you take it? Edit: you have to sell 100% of your stash.

Not but $100 would be very tempting.

    Hi all,

Given the recent issues that several have noted regarding Gatehub, can the more seasoned investors here recommend a hosted wallet?

Not quite ready to go with a Nano, however Gatehub does not seem to be the place to park XPR's right now while retaining availability.

Nothing wrong with a ripple wallet in gatehub. Just make sure it is a ripple and not a hosted wallet. You control the private key to your ripple wallet and you can import them in any other ripple wallet such as toast wallet. Gatehub doesn't have access to your private key or gatehub password.

Ok then, to answer the question, why to use nano ledger.

    What nano ledger does:

    - stores your private key

    - never transfers the private key to your PC when you perform transactions

    - it signs the transactions inside the nano ledger device and only transfers the results to your PC

So as i see it it is most beneficial if you want to do transactions from your account but retain the cold-wallet-level security.

excellent. I got it now. Thanks for that

  8. I see I think the penny just dropped. So if you use the nano ledger it basically just gives you a local device that allows you to interact with the xrp ledger. The ledger seed allows you to run the xrp application on the ledger that uses the private key to interact with the XRP ledger.

With the cold wallet you basically have only the private key. So when you want to use the xrps you need an app such as toastwallet to connect to the xrp ledger to execute your transactions.

  9. If you have a valid ripple wallet with the private key known why would you consider moving your xrps to a nano ledger. Isn't the safest place for your XRP in the XRP ledger. Yes you have to protect the private key with your life but you can always retrieve your account with the private key.

So if you hodl for a long time and don't want to do any transactions leaving them in the xrp ledger seems as good as moving them to nano ledger
