I get that you are the foremost expert but all he said was "efficiently"... What does that mean? $1.00 savings? $100? $1000? it could just mean its cheaper then the current model (which we all know is old and outdated!)

That is completely wrong.  You referenced the official announcement that xRapid was "being used".  
The tweet we're discussing references that the cost savings have been measured and have been confirmed.
