I dont believe that any successful business has been built without plenty of blunders.
I think @Julian_Williams is on point with the process, next step post-blunder is error correction, aka learning.
when all this started everyone was staring in an unknown abyss. The Ripple team was able to see something, a vision of the IoV. Where others saw a get rich scheme, or traveled down  other paths without as much error correction.
At the end of the day, speculators are spectators. Unless they are able to see something others aren't, they won't have advantage/alpha. I've been seeing exceptional work from the Ripple team since the beginning. I hope my observations are on point.
As far as my observations of the SEC, I'm baffled by what appear to be blundering blunders, and it dosent look like the SEC that I remember.

Hey fish boi, I get it, you want to play devil advocate and try to inject some possible negative outcome to balance out the positive outcomes people are hoping for, i know you don't have ill intention, but trying too hard to take down every single positive posts whenever they appear just seems off to me.
After all, your guess is as good as mine, we're all taking a side, no one knows what will happen next.
I was wrong for 3 years too, all the way from 2018 to 2020, i keep buying, then i was finally right when xrp broke out of its massive downtrend in 2021. Now, you can be right, but in future, who knows? Maybe it's me.
Covid crash destroyed the charts completely, there's no reason for it to go up but here we are, recovered and surpassed it. Then our xrp get hit by special lawsuit and destroyed the 3 years worth of pattern playing out as we hoped, many sold, including those xrp die hard influencer, and now we're past that gutter and beyond.
Truth to be told, nothing make sense in this market, doge above xrp? Come on. If i were to go down with the ship, so be it, for me I'm taking the Long side, i will only sell after i hit my target, because there's no reason to sell before it, what did i achieve? Just some 6 figure money? Big enough money, but not enough to retire, retire is my goal and I'm sticking to it no matter what. I do not want to risk exiting prematurely just to see it skyrocket afterwards, it will be too much to bear and i might suicide to be honest, that's retirement right there and i missed it after planning so many years just to sell early. Hell no.
So fish boi, you do you, if you sold, no skin in the game, i don't really see a reason you flexing here showing how correct you are currently, you're right until you're not.
Edit: let's say you're right, this is it and bear market is coming. I have no problem continue to hold too, knowing ripple is still continuing their efforts to build the ODL thing. Some day it's gonna worth something. Or worst case, it goes to zero, then I'll just take it as waking up from a bad dream, no hard feelings, i took my shot at retirement and didn't work out, no regrets.

Bottom line what is going to be used is the cheapest, most efficient, and fastest. If it's not XRP then they won't use XRP but if it is guess what they will use XRP In the end it doesn't matter whether your name is XRP, XDC, or X-Whatever as long as you can deliver on $$$ and do it in a way that aligns with Governance and the Governance part is the big issue right now with XRP until we get this SEC albatross from around our necks!! All the technicals are well and good but the tech folks are not the ones making the decisions in most cases they help facilitate a decision but in the end it's usually the bean counters and the legal folk in the financial world.

Nada. That's the answer. Ofcourse the judge can proceed with contempt of court or dismiss the case altogether for failing to follow the rule of discovery process, BUT will a US judge really do that to a government agency? I highly doubt it. I hope I will be proven wrong.

xrp moves on this court case. other than that the moves that xrp makes are not really anything to get super excited about in reality. the price for the market itself is and has been priced in. it went from .24 cents up to about 1.90 and back down. there will be no real movement past 2$ until this case is done and ripple settles or some sort of good news from the court case is reality. if youre looking for the 10$+ xrp it won't happen until this case is over. i hate to sound like a broken record but I'm over seeing all the TA on something that clearly is now in its own market dictated by the court case and not TA.  again we will not see the explosive price move until this storm is behind us. no amount of head and shoulders patterns and bull pennant flags is going to change that.

Since most are expecting a repeat of 2017, I am wary that we might not be seeing a similar price pattern of BTC topped and XRP to make ATH months after. Market usually don't go the way that the mass expected it to be....

This isn't twatter.  We can all poke fun, and have fun, with $300/$589 dreams.

Because it's all light entertainment until we hit $588.  That's where the real top is.  I'm pretty sure it's real.  I saw on YouToob there was this guy I don't know, drawing lines I don't understand, predicting prices that don't make sense.

Based on that I think $588 is legit.
No reason he would lie to me.

The XRP price action in the last one week is really exciting.
It jumped from 42c to 52c and consolidated around 47c for for 4 days.
Then it jumped to 55c and consolidated around  51c for 2 days.
Then it jumped to 60c and is now consolidating around 56c.
Not entirely loosing any of these jumps! Slow and steady.. no major pumps! Hope it keeps up that way! Breaking the 75c - 80c range would be the most challenging as that is a level which has held for too long.

Ripple stock you say? Ah yes...I was wondering when I get my XRP dividend.  The stock broker that introduced these XRP investment contracts to me promised a quarterly dividend based on the company performance.  I hear the Ripple board are trying to avoid issuing these payouts.  Luckily us investors have the SEC on our side - they'll sort those rogues out! /s

There'll come a time where selling at where we think is a local high may not get any entry at a lower price. I have been in the world of trading for over 15 years and has seen what is considered norm today (such as pump and dump for xrp) will continue indefinitely and causing many start chasing FOMO once the market changes. I have no idea if the market has turned but I am confident it will. At the moment I am just focusing on accumulating as much as I can and as cheaply as possible. Yes by hintsight we should have sold here and buy back there... etc. I would just buy whenever people start predicting xrp going zero, condemning Ripple a failed project... And perhaps sell it when everyone including your aunt who doesn't even own a mobile phone that's able to house an ewallet start asking you if she should start buying xrp.

I don't know much but this much I know. I need a bag of coins for my future project that involves payments, trade and direct P2P transactions. After going through the list of coins available, I am going for XRP for its speed and cost. We do have others that can match XRP in those characters that I am looking into but just not sure if they will survive CB regulations in near future. So I am betting XRP will survive. And my project will not be US based.
If there's enough fear to tank XRP below 1 cents, the cost for my future project will be lowered significantly.

Well, thank you for your opinion. I would advise you to not click on this thread if you dislike it so much, and especially if you have the uncontrollable need to vent to others you don't like it time after time. It is pointless and just your opinion. (This is not investment advice)
Others, myself included do like it to read his interpretations, wrong or right. And actually, some of his recent calls were pretty accurate. And indeed, others wrong.
In the end for most of us it is for entertainment. I'm not placing my trades based upon someone else's TA.

It's a self fulfilling prophecy. If traders think that's potential gonna be a resistance line and price will pull back, they will sell or take profit at that level. Not everyone is hodlrs. Doesn't matter who bought or sell at that level and doesn't matter when that has taken place, what important is after a trader read his charts what he or she think can be a good selling or a buying level. I am a trader. It doesn't really matter when. To some yes to some no.
