  1. If you're referring to the tweet where the user said "sounds like" SCB Thailand retweeted it, and then retweeted the user again when they mentioned that SCB retweeting them was in some form a slight confirmation of the fact. https://twitter.com/scb_thailand (the dec 8th retweet is still there, not todays, seems they deleted that one within the last hour)
  2. Interestingly SCB is noted as a connection and SCB has had some retweets that imply they will be the first bank to use XRP. I know this has all but been confirmed previously, however we can assume if it's true they would announce that soon (why else retweet a tweet on official page right now and not previously). Also worth noting that in addition to the above Coinone news we see that "SCB Easy Application" their banking app is going down for maintenance this weekend to "support increasing user demands with greater convenience" https://www.scb.co.th/en/about-us/news/nov-2018/nws-easy-application.html Draw what you want from it, I'm just speculating that an announcement surrounding SCB could come Friday. Then downtime Saturday (6h! That's not a small bit of maintenance) for their app update which would tie in with some of this other news we see?
  3. Same time last year vs current (current is red and green). The price range is different but we had almost the exact same style of drop and within 1% of each other (23% from top to bottom during the dates). Obviously not saying that will continue but it's interesting to look at, a whole year apart and yet it's almost 1:1 in the drop % and exact days (and almost hours) that the price moves.
  4. Couldn't see that anyone had posted this yet. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/12/06/bipartisan-lawmakers-seek-cryptocurrency-rules-to-keep-us-competitive-.html Lawmakers are asking the CFTC to clarify which virtual currencies it sees as commodities. It also asks the agency to examine costs and benefits of a new regulatory structure that could replace the current money transmission system, which some in the industry have argued is inefficient.

  6. BREAKING NEWS: Water is wet, and staff will often promote their own company on social media if they like it.
  7. Ah good, we can exclude all the 589 people from that standard.
  8. Unless I'm mistaken we still don't have an official word on who this account is related to? Wallet has 2.6b XRP in it now, just shy of 1b USD which I doubt is a coincidence. I guess we hope it's either a bank or a large exchange and wait for actual news from Ripple.

    Hello fellow XRP people!

Thanks for the tips! Hodor actually had some articles that first spiked my interest in XRP, think it was a head-to-head one with btc, ltc and eth

    Hello fellow XRP people!

I bought in during Oct 2017, sold on the second big spike during Dec 2018 (out of pure luck, by no means knew the price would drop back). Have been patiently waiting on the sidelines until a few weeks ago, bought back in as I can see more and more good news popping up and it seems unlikely the price will drop by any significant amount. The Ripple subreddit is cancer, so I've come here instead as it seems to be slightly less toxic.
