  1. I do not have any secret key with me, but I do have the recovery phrase of toast wallet. I should try to find secret key on toast wallet again?
  2. Hi All, I transferred my xrp from toast to xumm last week. But, I got no recovery phrase offered by xumm during or after the setup. As far as I understand, I should be using the toast recovery phrase in case I have to restore my xumm wallet on a new device? Just wanted to confirm from the community here. Not able to find clear info anywhere else. TIA
  3. Thanks for the reply Do you still think bithomp is a viable option? Ending technical support can lead to a dead wallet in future. I sometime wonder why these paper wallets pull the plug? And, why there are so few options?
  4. It does not start with "s" What I did is as follows: 1. Went to - https://toastwallet.com/browser/index.html 2. Clicked on - Restore an existing wallet 3. Entered Backup Code and it started showing just like in the software version. But, I don't know if I should simply try and initiate a full transfer from there or not. I thought someone experienced in this community can help. What would you do in this situation?
  5. I am able to access my toast wallet using key, but the installed version is not working at all. I think this is the clear drawback of using a wallet that might close down in future. I am not able to install my wallet again as toast is not available anymore.
  6. Hey Flintstone, I am facing a situation with my xrp holdings. My toast wallet is not working anymore on my airgapped computer. But, I am able to access my holdings using backup. What should be my next step in this case? The receiving address needs to be created again using bithomp? I am little confused. What should be the next steps for a paper wallet?
  7. That will transfer all the units from toast to bithomp?
  8. Thanks for the reply. Glad to know that "airgapped" computer will work fine. I am currently using airgapped computer with ubuntu os. I was worried about security updates of both these wallets. I will switch from toast to bithomp for now. I will lose 20 units if I shift from toast, is that correct?
  9. As far as I understand, XUMM is a mobile wallet which will not serve the purpose of paper wallet being online most of the time? Please correct me if I am wrong. I was about to use bithomp but the "no update anymore" makes me worry about the future security issues
  10. As far as I know, they will not update the wallet anymore which makes it vulnerable. I want to increase my holdings, so being secure is my top priority.
  11. That means, this wallet is also out of service now? Just like toast wallet?
  12. Thanks for the info. I hope some forum members are also using the wallet? Any known cons of the wallet?
  13. I am really bad with coding. So, this is not an option for me.
  14. Hey everyone, I am using toast wallet since 2018, but as they are not in service anymore I want to shift my funds to a better or equally good paper wallet. After some research I found "Bithomp" as the only viable option. Kindly share your thoughts about Bithomp & give me some recommendations (if any). I am not ready to invest into hardware wallet at the moment, hence I am looking for paper wallet recommendations only. After some research, I am quite sure that wallets like "Coinomi, Exodus & Atomic" are not secure like paper wallets. So, they are out of the list already.
