  3. I think gatehub is working with ripple labs to get the coins refunded to you, that is just my personal opinion and it probably takes a little while.
  4. Where do you live in the US? @enej helped me out I'm sure they are just trying to get to the bottom of this. He got me my funds back so have faith my friend.
  5. @ptk yeah I know it's frustrating but like I told another. Just have to be patient, I was and it took a little while but I ended up getting my funds back.
  6. @aggnikhil it took almost two weeks, just have to be patient though, I know it sucks but they will handle it. I know how you feel though.

  8. @JoelKatz the minimal ripple client cannot connect to the ripple network using the secret key because it doesn't not have the correct address. It just gives error messages.
  9. You won't be able to import the secret key because the ripple address is not the correct one attached to the secret key. So once you import the secret key it will be a different address.
  10. Guys you just have to be patient, Enej will take care of it he just has a lot going on right now. I tell you because I had the same problem a while ago and he fixed it but I was patient.

  12. @enej found the issue and worked it all out, gatehub is awesome and at first I was worried and reluctant but they showed integrity, perserverance, and competency. Enej is the absolute man! Glad they worked it out though.
  13. @Professor Hantzen I did that with ripple client and it says the identity could not be established.
  14. @Vertigo two wallets, two addresses, same secret key.
  15. Yeah I tried that, it is still the same. On different computers too.
  16. Somehow there are two ripple addresses attached to my secret key. I know this because I used desktop wallet and imported the secret key and it gave me a different address. I also tried importing my wallet to a new one in gatehub using the secret key and the address that has all the xrp is different from the address attached to the secret key. There is a glitch I just want my money safe. At this point I have tried the desktop wallet, ripple client and any other measure. I can't exchange to usd because it says invalid secret. Then I can't send funds because it says "disabled, watch only", I cannot connect trust lines, or connect to gateways. It seems to me that the secret key I was assigned is not the one assigned to my ripple address that has my funds, please reference the pictures. Any developers out there please help a brother out, it seems like gatehub is either busy or idk but they haven't got back to me about it in a while.

  18. if nothing gets done just contact the CEO of ripple. I'm sure he will know what to do.
  19. Or at least reimburse us. This is not a user error this is a system malfunction. I understand they are busy but just a simple "yes we are working on it." Or something you know.
  20. I completely agree. I lost over 1000 though, people should probably know the risk with @gatehub is not the market but in fact the business. I contacted them last week and nothing. PM @enej nothing. I guess we can just keep this board going so the more people who have this issue will grow rapidly and they will see the magnitude of the issue. Holding funds hostage is not a good look.
  21. Hopefully @enej will help us, he seems to be on top of it and from the looks of it, this might be a new problem for them so I imagine we won't be the only ones experiencing this issue.
  22. @kimaegaii no they didn't tell me anything except I needed to activate it using this site. Did that and it said it was activated. Haven't heard anything since last week from them. Multiple emails everything. They must be busy. What transaction number and address are you talking about? Should I do the same thing then?
  23. @kimaegaii I did the same thing connected to a gateway. This was last week. Still nothing about any of the gateways.
