  1. I wrote to my congressman and I got a call from his office in DC. They would like to talk to me regarding this bill. I was very surprised to get a voicemail from their office requesting more feedback.
  2. Thank you @Hodor for the great blog! MoneyGram is a great partner to have. I mentioned to a friend of mine that there was a rumor going around that Ripple had a partnership with them and he likes futures and options trading. He ended up buying MGI call option- small position of $150 and made $2,000 off of it. Wish I had bought some options on that one but coulda shoulda woulda. Long term holding XRP will prove to be an even better investment.
  3. I think it's brilliant. A truly global currency for all people no matter their race, religion, sexuality, or gender.
  4. You're right. I agree that @gatehub ought to post this on their homepage and email ALL of their account holders. This attack is still on-going and people need to be aware.
  5. I feel sorry for all of those affected by the hack. EVERYBODY GET YOUR FUNDS OFF GATEHUB! IT IS STILL NOT SAFE!!!!
  6. I do believe the price will go quite high. MC could get in the high hundreds of trillions for XRP considering it is going to be used as a global enterprise real time gross settlement system and who knows what other use cases will come of it.
  7. I do not disagree with you on what Market Cap is measured by. I already knew that. The price is still reflective of Market Cap though. Regardless of however Market Cap is measured by.
  8. How so? CMC only shows the market cap circulating supply on their site yet the price is still valued with all 100,000,000,000 taken into account. The true market cap of all XRP including the ones Ripple holds in escrow is 44.73 Billion. Hence we are at .44 cents. If we go to $1 the market cap will be 100 Billion and so on. Oh ok. Regardless, my statement still applies. There will have to be a very large market cap of 120,000,000,000,000 including Ripples escrowed XRP. Unfortunately the price is measured by market cap at this time. I am not the one in charge of measuring cryptocurrency by market cap. That would be CoinMarketCap.
  9. I am not saying it will not happen. I actually think XRP will be around $5,000 someday. Just merely pointing out the high market cap XRP would have to acheive.I am not sure if the market cap of USD. Why do you ask?
  10. Yes banks do use XRP and it is not a security.
  11. I agree! I enjoy @TiffanyHayden and @AlexCobb both and I follow both of them on Twitter. Nameless and faceless tweeters are always talking crap about them but they are good people to have in the XRP community. Screw the haters!!
  12. Thank you for sharing! Jim Rickards is a very intelligent renowned economist. I recently bought two of his books The Death of Money: The Coming Collapse of The International Financial System and The Big Drop: How To Grow Your Wealth During The Coming Collapse both in mint condition at a thrift store. Paid $1.50 for one of them and $0.50 for the other! Definitely worth $2. I am halfway through The Death of Money now. Will be very interesting to see all of this play out. I have absolutely no doubt that XRP is positioned to play a very significant and important role in the new financial system.
