  1. Starting the day without reading a new blogpost of yours, it´s like drinking a coffee in the morning without the caffeine... Thank you Hodor.
  2. I came across this company: https://marketprotocol.io/ . But it seems to be working on the Ethereum blockchain ?
  3. Hi everyone. I would like to ask if anyone has any facts to the current status for Codius in regard to the huge market for derivatives? I remember watching a video where this was portrayed as a very promising usecase. Who if anybody is working on this? I came across this company: https://marketprotocol.io/ but it´s working on on the Ethereum blockchain.
  4. I 100% agree again. Published content should always be backed up with cited sources. It´s part of the code of respected an trusted journalism. Your blog is a shining example for that :-)..
  5. Thanx for clarification Hodor. I got this information from a otherwise pretty favorable summary statement for ripple. (Ripple Analysis by Bitcoin Market Journal). https://www.bitcoinmarketjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Ripple-Analysis-0818.pdf
  6. Ripple network currently processes about 10 TPS, they have stresstested it up to 1000 TPS, at which point it starts to show performance problems. By way of contrast, Visa processes about 15,000 TPS, with the ability to process a maximum of 47,000 TPS. My question: Does Ripple see this as a problem that needs to be adressed?
  7. While some of us are a bit uneasy that Ripple is awfully quiet these days, rest assured that the rollout of XRP is right on track. It´s right there to see for everyone. The digital asset investor pointed it first out: Ripple is hiring an xrapid engineeringmanager: https://ripple.com/company/careers/all-jobs/#engineering-manager-xrapid
  8. Bravo Alex, nice summary. Always appreciating your vids.
  9. I was just referring to the quoted article. Also: the number of active hosts can fluctuate throughout the day. But hey, the more the better :-)..
  10. Of course, it will take some time. But I am amazed how fast the word is spreading. We are counting already 193 active Codius hosts. Just 3 weeks after the release of the source code (!) Quote: "69 of those alone have been online for less than one week"!! I think that is an amazing development to watch right in front of our eyes.
  11. Did anyone see this already? I especially like his summary at the end: "So if Ethereum can go from less than $1 to $1400+ in just 3 years based on the value of its smart contract technology platform, the underlying value of the Codius platform itself (and anything directly associated with it) could do that and more. https://tcpmedia.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/The-Rumor_Codius.pdf
