  1. I use Kraken to withdraw, and never had an issue, it's normally in my UK Bank next day, only down side is you take a 'hit' on EUR - GBP exchange rate. You could also use Kraken to deposit via your bank on the faster payment network (my deposits usually show up next day) But you have to transfer it in EUR (depends on the exchange rate, and if your bank charges you for international payments).
  2. This is how I do it, and normally in my UK bank by 11.30am the following day, unless it's a weekend. I Have a First Direct Bank account, and can send EUR SEPA Payments to Kraken for free, normally in my Kraken account the next day also.
  3. I see Coinbase added two new coins today, but they are ONLY available in selective areas (not UK), and I have to say I've never heard of either (coin) before. 0x (ZRX) and USD Coin (USDC)
  4. Slight alteration to this, it's £85k per Separate Banking institution (operating under a different FCA Licence) For example, HBOS, which is part of the Lloyds Banking Group, has Halifax, Intelligent Finance, Birmingham Midshires, Bank of Scotland, The AA and Saga all operating under its licence. Therefore if you had £85k in each bank I have just listed then only £85k would be protected, NOT £85k in each account. Further info can be found here. https://www.moneysupermarket.com/savings/protecting-your-savings-guide/
  5. The UK Deposit Guarantee (which is what I believe you are referring too, with the £65k figure) is actually £85k per account. I also live in the UK and will probably use Kraken to withdraw XRP --> EUR, and then do a SEPA payment from Kraken EUR ---> to my GBP Bank account, I will lose some money exchanging EUR ---> GBP but Kraken have a 200k Eur withdrawal limit per MONTH. SO if my small holding turns me into a Millionaire, I can wait whilst I do 5 months of withdrawals, and not really have to worry to much about the exchange losses, as that means it's less for the tax man to ta
  6. I use Kraken, to withdraw Euros to my UK GBP Bank, I lose some money on the exchange rate from Euros to GBP but it's in my bank account next working day, I can also withdraw up to 200K Euros a month from Kraken (not that I have that much XRP....lol) . I believe also that Coinbase now supports GBP, but haven't used them for anything recently.
  7. In the UK we have something called Faster Payment Service. We can send a payment to ANY Bank that is a member (anywhere in the World) and the payment will usually be there instantly or at the most within 24 hrs, there is a payment ceiling of £10k. This service has been around here for about 2 years now. If I send a SEPA (wire Transfer) Payment it usually 'clears / shows' within a few hours at the latest next day, same with SEPA payments into my accounts.
  8. Ledger doesn't connect to a 'Ledger' server, it connects directly with ripples. You can change which Ripple server it connects to by, opening the Ledger Ripple software, then BEFORE you login, click on change Node, and then change the server from wss://s2.ripple.com to wss://s1.ripple.com or visa versa
  9. Samsung, a well-known IT giant from Korea, has announced that it will now make cryptopayments possible. This marks a huge step in the right direction for the eventual mainstream adoption of cryptos and will be made possible through a strategic partnership with a platform CopPay. 10. Have you actually spoke to the creator of @xrptipbot ? Wiestewind the creator, (who can be contacted via @xrptipbot on here) maybe something could be sorted out? Although, I suspect @xrptipbot was never designed to be used for this purpose, in the first place, hence the 20xrp limit.
