  1. This is also great because they'll probably consolidate the lawsuits in federal court and then I can follow along on Pacer.
  2. I only ever emailed them once about an issue. They never responded. That was a few months ago. I did not send followups, I took their silence as an acknowledgment of the issue and that they would resolve it. I've moved almost everything to a cold wallet anyway so I'm not overly concerned for myself, but maybe a bit for others.
  3. I saw Steve Miller Band in concert like 15 years ago. Not too shabby. I really hope they aren't just ******* money away.
  4. This is actually a pretty big deal to me. Coindesk usually seems to give ripple the shaft so this is a little bit of a change. Also, alot of people get their news on crypto from coindesk so it will build awareness.
  5. She has been an adviser to ripple for over a year or so. I'm curious who she replaced on the board. I think it's sad I know all the board member names at Ripple but I have to look at a list to remember all the names of the board members at my current company.
  6. Step 2: Invite no one and wait for desperate people to call....
  7. Veem used to be Align Commerce. I'm curious what Marwan has to say about ripple.
  8. I noticed that people have been linking to Justia for the Ripple trademark "Swell." The best thing to do is to go to the official US trademark site and search ripple labs (as owner) which will take you here Trademarks have to be limited to a specific category for which the company has a product. Apple can trademark its name for phones but it can't for microwaves if it isn't actually making Apple microwaves. The category for SWELL is 1.Providing information in the field of finance; financial information; providing financial information, and 2. Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences or workshops in the field of financial transactions, and distribution of educational materials in connection therewith; educational services, namely, conducting programs in the field of financial transactions; providing education in the field of finance. The category for XPOOL is 1. Computer software for facilitating payments over electronic communications networks in the form of fiat currency, digital currency or cryptocurrency; non-downloadable computer software for facilitating payments over electronic communications networks in the form of fiat currency, digital currency or cryptocurrency. 2. 9. Ripple I swear you better blow my mind so hard I sleep for a week.
  10. I could easily pick apart the steps you've outlined however your general argument is not wrong. Ripple could most definitely be slow playing the wrong avenue and get left in the dust. I don't think that will happen but it's a possibility. If it does happen it won't be because of Bitcoin and Andreas' wet dream of a future.
  11. Wow that's a great find if they are in fact using ripple. Barclays is a great financial institution and this says 10k businesses use B2BPay. Whoa.
