  2. Each to their own, some people shout louder than others. Most are happy that they stuck through the bad and hopefully enjoying finally seeing the small glimmer of light at the end of tunnel. I’m glad I learnt years back that chasing candles was really the only way to loose. I left it and let it do it’s thing, invested in other coins and did the same with those. All my investments are now in the green, some more than others. I have exit points and I’ll stick to them. Those who take profits when it makes sense to them, fair play, only you know what you need from this, don’t let others tell you o

  3. Clearly you don't quite understand the meaning of "tax evasion" - you can do anything you want with your money, you can not report any of your accounts, transactions or other dealings to the tax authorities. If and when a government agency finds out that you have failed to report something of that kind, then you will/might be prosecuted - and the penalty is often worse than just declaring and paying tax up front. Side note: Many of us actually like paying taxes. I like the fact that government keeps me safe, pays pensions to older citizens and welfare to less fortunate younger ones, look

If XRPBTC will hit 0.00023 and BTCUSD stay 58000, price will be 13.37 USD ( well actually 13.34, but due to leet added 3c ) Now If XRPBTC will hit 0.00023 and BTCUSD 120000, price will be 27.6 USD And mega bull run scenario If XRPBTC willl hit 0.00023 and BTCUSD 325000, price will be 74.75 USD At 325000 USD per BTC, market cap will be circa 6.2T At 74.75 USD per XRP, market cap will be circa 3.3T If we say that April 2021 is similar to when BTC was 4000, that was mid August 2017, than BTC that time was more than 50% of overall Market Cap. If we say that

  5. I was one who sold last year after the SEC. Without bragging I got involved in other projects which have 10x and one which 100xed (UBX). I still have XRP but it is only a small portion of my portfolio so I can sleep easy. Saying all that I am glad for the XRP holders that we have seen some rise in the price. Though the gloating on Twitter is a bit much. Good luck to you all and for the long term holders congratulations.

  6. OK let's reassess. Thankfully the hearing had some good news but didn't affect the price much either way. The biggest danger for us was that it would trigger some kind of dump but that danger has now passed. Even if this is the real deal bull run, at some point we need to start expecting red candles. If we come back, we should find support again around 90. If not, there should be strong support around 60-70. Breaking down through that area is bad news. I am expecting the next area for us to reach towards is around 1.5. The real test will be if we close this weekly candle without signific

  7. Lol. This ain’t the attitude to have. We just got back to $1.00 for the first time in 3 years and you are worried we’re now sitting at .90? stay positive. This run has been different than the previous couple (mainly because of multi-year highs) but also the way we’ve been moving. Pending BTC falling more tomorrow, I would bet we see a significant move upward from XRP in the next couple days. Stay tuned 😎

  8. This was one of the best, most detailed speakers I have seen on the subject of CBDC, especially within the US. If you can read between the lines on the technical features, this screams IoV, ILP, RippleNet & XRPL. Too many wonderfully astute points being made, that every minute is worth attention. Too many "at this minute, he is referencing... this part of the IoV" it's like a continuous stream. I'm pretty sure Educational folks, get either no NDA, or an "NDA lite". Edit: I'm listening to it again, good learning here.

  9. @JBW Correct, Jed went rogue and intentionally (in bad faith) tried to sabotage the original public XRP holders. Which is, I'm pretty sure, is exactly the kind of insider abuse of the issued Security's public market participants, that the SEC is supposed to protect the public from. His behavior + the SEC's combine to "stink to high heaven". While BG & CL have captained the ship through turbulent waters, and sure they gained from their travails, whole causing more beneficial outcomes than harmful. Add to that, that Jed "IS USING FUNDS" from selling XRP, "TO FUND A COMPE

Man the amount of emotional responses recently as "ohhhh I should have sold at x.xx" or "Woe is me it is all over" makes me really wonder have you people been holding XRP for the past four years or what if you don't have the guts to wither the 40 to 50% ups and downs that are coming sell your stash now and don't look back no matter what

  11. I am vey sorry to hear this, and glad you have been to see doctors about this because it is serious. If you have not read "Why We Sleep" by Mat Walker, please do. I guess you have done a lot of your own research. Obvious do not drink caffeine drinks ever (I tend to drink hot water), find your natural rhythms and work with them and find out ways to promote your sleep. I take a daily nap in the afternoon, go to bed at 2.30am and get up at 10.30, which is a rhythm that I really love to do) Sedatives do not give you the right sort of sleep. Good luck with it.

  12. As hoped we are finding a bit of support here. Wouldn't be surprised if we saw another test of support and then it would be nice to see us keep moving. One of the characteristics of the btc run up was consistent bullishness, just inching upward more or less continuously. I would like to see this daily candle close with a wick at the bottom, then the next daily candle makes a new high, and so on like that. We don't need 50% increases day on day, but a steady continuous push would be very welcome.

  13. Eric really has been consistent and very solid with his approach to TA. I can see the grin on his face with this recent price action because I have a feeling his XRP bags are VERY heavy. All those bear market years of "I'm buying more here" have to add up. My stack is bigger than it was in 2017 and I'm glad, but I'm sure it pales in comparison. If this plays out anything like last time, all of us are gonna be rewarded immensely. Hell, I could cash out right now and it would still leave a grin on my face for a very long time! But alas, my targets are not still met, I believe there is much mo

  14. XRPBTC chart update. 4H- expecting to see some consolidation, perhaps for as long as a few days. There is much less obvious support here than the USD chart. Daily - expecting eventually to move to this area, that is a 50% increase from where we are now Weekly - long term I am expecting something like this, that is a 300% increase from where we are now. Even then we wouldn't be halfway to the all time high. The upside potential for XRPBTC is just so so big. We were literally starting this run from the absolute bottom. If we get anything like this movement, XRP is in th

  15. I'm less concerned about when the case is resolved, and much more concerned about it being resolved appropriately, according to the facts of the situation. If there are fines, ok whatever. As long as FinCEN over rules the SEC, then the goal of XRP and an IoV being created rests in the proper cradle. I see no price gains for XRP if the whole crypto market crashes (BTC + ETH), but I also dont see those communities respecting laws, more thumbing their nose at the law. So if something harmful legally occured, you would see an astroturfing campaign as big as the XRP FUD campaign, exc

  19. As expected we are finding good support around 90. Expecting a bounce here. I think the BTC drop leading this is just a stop run. They have been rejected off 60k a bunch but every time they keep coming back for more. Still bullish. BTC might drop a bit more here, find support somewhere around 56k, then bounce. This XRP shake out is very healthy, decent selling volume taking the pressure off the overbought levels.

  20. I was looking back through my transaction history this morning and found my first substantial XRP purchase (1/5th my current holdings). I bought it at $3.50AUD. I knew nothing about cryptocurrency then but had enough interest in it to risk a small punt on the market. After the price tanked throughout 2018 and into 2019, I read and watched the activity here. I continued to add little parcels of XRP to my holdings, some purchased for as little as $0.35AUD. I've continued to watch and learn. Made a couple of small sales at the highs, bought back when the price dropped - on average, about 30%

  26. This case, and the attention it is bringing, is now becoming a megaphone for Ripple to advertise their name and products to the world, and also busting the FUD machine that has been pounding deployment of XRP for years.. Extending, not settling, might be an attractive option?

  29. Do you know who the "Point Man" is in a military room clearing exercise is? He is often highly respected by his colleagues... because he is the first guy to get shot as the first through the door. If you know the technical details, there is a ton of very legitimate details he shares, almost too much honestly, that only Ripple's network of networks can provide. What is a private CBDC ledger look like, well it's simply a custom version of XRPL. Or some version there of. I'm pretty sure xCurrent is selling Commercial Banks their own private XRPL, Central Banks would only have a slightly

  30. So we didn't bounce as fast as I was hoping (bullish bias) but it doesn't matter, nothing has changed. We are holding well around the support. Times like this you can actually see the support (market movers) operating in real time. Ignore the wicks, look at the bodies of the candles. See how they hold the price there? It might snap lower for a minute or two, but then it comes right back. Beautiful.

  35. Bitcoin still in the same sideways, middle of the Bollinger Bands price movement. If I had to guess I'd say we start to move up when there is an announcement of another public company putting it's cash reserves in Bitcoin. I have no idea what DOT's potential for growth is and I actually haven't looked into the project that much. I did see a video where Mike Novogratz was pretty bullish on DOT and it's founded by Gavin Wood a co-founder of Ethereum. When looking at a project I look to the team and who is involved. These guys are heavy hitters. I think this move in ALT's will pro

  38. That's what I think as well. Banks are their primary audience. If they achieve to get clarity on the status of XRP it will open the doors to a global market WITH support from their home basis. Both are important. Maxis are just making some noise in the background.

  40. @XRPZB28 To answer your question "Why can't we sell XRP on Coinbase?" ... it's because they're idiots. But, if you were really after clarification of who can and can't do what, this should help: Coinbase halted all XRP trading regardless of citizenship. Americans can directly sell XRP for USD at an exchanges like Uphold. Americans can also trade XRP for other crypto or stable coins at exchanges like Bitrue or Coinloan ... and then move that other coin to Coinbase to sell. I hope that clarifies things for you.

  45. At this point Ripple would settle only unless XRP is given full future clarity from now on. As SEC has a lot of dirt, Ripple has the upper hand clearly and can ask for favorable terms. Anything less will be most dissapointing and will give SEC a chance for future comeback.
    2 points
  46. I think this greatly increases the chances of a settlement. The SEC will not want public disclosure of how they did backroom deals for btc and eth, which would not only be terrible for them but would probably trigger legal action that could severely damage the price of btc and eth.

We may have gutted out our entire Middle Class, buried our young adults into a life-time of debt for their college education, gave up on even the idea of affordable healthcare, childcare, and paid vacations. But what we DID do, was achieve the remarkable feat of now boasting we have 800 billionaires !! The country with the MOST billionaires is the one that WINS !
