The implementation for EU member states started in 2015 with the exception of the bail-in clauses. In November 2016, the European Commission proposed a number of revisions to the BRRD. The panel will shed some light on the impact on Trade finance activities from a practitioner’s perspective, the changes recently proposed by the Commission, and the current implementation status of key countries which are at different stages of respective legislative processes.
